OPT-IN USER DATABASE REGISTRATION AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION CONSENT / EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT
By accepting this Opt-in User Database Registration and Electronic Commercial Communication Consent/Explicit Consent Text, you hereby consent to commercial electronic communications containing data, audio and visual content being sent to your e-mail address, telephone number and other electronic communication addresses that you have shared with Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, the owner of the BRIANT brand, located at Aeropark Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No:11/B 34912 Kurtköy – Pendik/İstanbul (“our Company”), via SMS, e-mail, phone call and similar electronic communication tools for purposes such as promotion, advertising, campaigns, promotions, discounts, special day greetings, invitations, surveys and information regarding BRIANT-branded products and services.
You also consent to the processing and storage of your identity, contact and marketing data shared by you for this purpose, and to the transfer of such data to business partners from whom services are received for the sending of commercial electronic communications and to the Message Management System (“İYS”), without prejudice to your rights arising from the relevant legislation. Based on this explicit consent, the data you have shared with our Company will be used within the scope undertaken in this consent text, as explained in detail in the Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi Personal Data Protection Policy and in the Electronic Commercial Communication Privacy Policy available at https://www.briant.com.tr/.
Pursuant to the relevant legislation, particularly Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, records relating to your consent/explicit consent, records relating to the withdrawal of such consent/explicit consent, the content of commercial electronic communications and other records relating to the sending of such communications will be recorded in order to be submitted, where necessary, to the relevant Ministry and legally authorized public institutions and organizations. Such records will be retained, except in the event of any legal dispute, for the periods prescribed under the legislation as of the date on which the validity of the consent expires, and in accordance with our Company’s Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy. After the expiry of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our Company.
You may withdraw this consent/explicit consent at any time, without providing any reason and free of charge. To do so, you may use the opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism included in the messages sent to you, change your preferences through the Message Management System at https://iys.org.tr/, or send an e-mail to info@briant.com.tr. Your withdrawal from the opt-in database will not terminate the agreements you have entered into with our Company. You may continue to receive services from our Company even if you do not provide consent or if you withdraw your consent.
